KSG is a product sourcing agent specialising in the Plumbing, Kitchen and Bathroom categories. Predominantly servicing big box retailers in Australia, NZ, EU and North America with private label requirements.
Corporate office is located in Sydney, Australia with the head sourcing office in Shanghai, China. Support offices are located in USA and UK.
KSG accesses a global supply chain network from over 15 countries that combine for over $1B in annual turnover.
After several years cutting his teeth in the manufacturing sector, Glenn Holland stepped into the world of entrepreneurship importing plumbing and bathroom components.
Soon, brother Mark is recruited, and the company sets up in a humble 200m2 factory in the Western Sydney suburb of Prestons.
The business model evolves into assembling finished products, predominantly single-lever mixer faucets for OEM customers.
An important decision of moving the entire operation unit from Sydney, Australia to Shanghai, China was taken to be cost-effective.
Relocation to China was proven to be highly successful as we significantly expanded our product range which facilitated a new period of rapid growth.
KSG evolved into a specialist Sourcing Agent with Australian DIY market leader “Bunnings“ as the primary private label product partner.
Product Partners were established in territories other than Australia which pushed us to grow and innovate products.
To ensure high-quality product material and facilitate innovation, KSG introduced a dedicated R&D, QC & Testing Centre is set up in Sydney.
The company achieved a notable growth of annual shipments exceeding $50M for the first time.
To truly represent the new model company had grown into than what it started with, " Kinetic " was changed to " Kinetic Sourcing Group " .
Our sourcing footprint expanded into SE Asia and India.
Numerous brands were developed to encourage diversification into new product categories.
Achieved another milestone when annual shipments exceeded $100M for the first time. Also, Evekare was launched as our flagship brand as growth in the Assisted Living segment significantly outstripped all expectations.
A Joint Venture partnership in Istanbul, Turkey also marked as an extraordinary year for KSG and its product partners.
Evekare became a stand-alone business division and a Sales Office is established in Chicago, USA to service the North American market.
The infrastructure and business systems built up over the previous 20 years stand strong as we are tested more than ever during the Covid19 Pandemic.
Customers continue to be serviced, new products continue to be developed and orders continue to be shipped globally with no disruptions to daily operations.
KSG has successfully transitioned into a FIS supplier, offering our customers a full service supply structure from manufacturing - warehousing - store delivery - merchandising - aftermarket support. We continue to evolve and adapt to our customers needs.

During this period Glenn has overseen an annual sales increase from $300k to $120M and continues to focus on positioning the business for future growth.

Fluent in both Mandarin and English, Daniel heads up our extensive sourcing team with a footprint in both Asia and Europe.
